Checked e-mails etc, then out to let Tom (our cockerel) out of his house and water the plants in the greenhouse...lots of tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers coming along nicely in there.
Took Gizmo round for a walk and then did my exercises.
31 mins - Wii Fit - 2 x basic, 5 x advanced, 50 squats and my 22 crunches for the day
11.30am - Breakfast - A banana and peach, chopped and mixed with natural yoghurt and oats.
Next I went out and started cutting the hedge which needed cutting (and this way it saves Bruce from having to do it when they come home from their holiday).
3.30pm - Late Lunch - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 2 x tomatoes and 2 x mushrooms
A satsuma for afters
Back out to continue cutting the hedge, so more cutting, gathering cuttings and wheeling the barrow back and forth down the garden (and as you know it is quite a long garden) so good exercise.
9.00pm - Supper - 5 x chicken dippers, two small potatoes cut, seasoned and baked plus some mushy peas.
Some strawberries in a small meringue nest with a tablespoon of clotted cream left over from the weekend for afters.
I've just had a nice soak in the bath and now I am off to bed. Night all. x
