10.30am - Breakfast - 2 x bacon, 1 x egg, 6 x cherry tomatoes
I didn't do any exercise this morning, but I am going to be on my feet most of the day baking. Might do some this afternoon depending on when I finish and how I feel then.
4.30pm - Late Lunch - Natural yoghurt, chopped banana, strawberries and oats.
Didn't have supper until very late as Paul was out doing work on a computer for a friend's Mum, so we ate as soon as he got back home.
10.00pm - Supper - Slow cooked minted lamb and chips
A peach for afters
