Wednesday 3rd - Day Nine



Up at 6.50am (another late night last night…I guess it is just habit which keeps me wanting to stay up. Plus my car show meeting didn’t end until 9.45pm and I needed some wind down time before bed.)

7.30am – One rasher of bacon, two small boiled eggs, 4 cherry tomatoes and one large mushroom

12.45pm – A couple of fresh lychees (wow, they are delicious…why didn’t I eat them before?) and a small handful of nuts.

Did my exercise challenges...
60 squats, 30 stomach crunches, rest day for bottom lifts, 20 leg raises

4.30pm – Another lychee and a few more nuts

Made a load of burgers from the organic mince which was delivered today…
Lamb & Mint, Pork & Apple, Pork with Mustard & Honey, Beef with Onion & Tomato and lastly Beef with Cheese & Chutney

5.30pm – Two home made pork, honey and mustard on a bed of curly kale, with six cherry tomatoes and some red pepper. All except the curly kale were done in the oven.
Natural yoghurt with unsweetened stewed rhubarb, a teaspoon of honey and a tablespoon each of mixed seeds and oats.

Went to car club this evening and when I got home about 9.45pm I have another Lychee…love ‘em :-)
