Saturday 6th - Day Twelve



Up at 7.30am
A bit of a lie in as it is the weekend, but don’t want to waste too much of the day…7.30 as a lie in, who would have thought it (no one who knows me…lol)

We were heading off to a ‘breakfast’ meeting with the car club this morning, so I thought I had better have some breakfast before going so I wasn't tempted by the bacon butties (I am guessed they wouldn’t have gluten free bread).

9.30am – Banana and a handful of mixed nuts

At the car meeting I couldn’t resist after seeing Paul with his bacon buttie, so ordered one…without the bun.
12.00pm - Two slices of bacon

2.15pm – One chestnut flour honey and seed biscuit, and three lychees (is was only going to have one but realised they were needing to be used up so ate them all).


4.15pm – Natural yoghurt, half a papaya and mixed seeds.

7.45pm – Two beef, cheese and chutney burgers on a bed of curly kale with cubed oven baked butternut squash on the side.
Mixed berries with a dollop of thick ‘raw’ cream on top.

Did my challenge exercises which were…
75 Squats, 45 Stomach Crunches, 50 bottom lifts and 30 leg lifts

Off for a nice relaxing bath with a good book now :-)



A few salted kettle chip crisps (about four, as Paul was eating them and I felt left out).
