Up at 9.00am (had a very late last night, so set alarm to
give me 7and a half hours sleep).
Did my challenge exercises…
80 Squats, 50 Crunches, Bottom lifts (rest day), 35 Leg
lifts
11.00am – Two small
rashers of bacon, one scrambled egg, four cherry tomatoes, third of an avocado
with a sprinkle of mixed seeds on top.
3.30pm – Roast chicken breast, a few bits of baked butternut
squash, carrots and curly kale.

8.30pm – Two cheese scones made with the chestnut flour and hard
goat’s cheese topped with home made chicken pate. One sweet scone (made with
chestnut flour and xylitol instead of sugar) cut into two halves and topped
with some thick ‘raw’ cream and a few dark cherries.
