Thursday 18th - Day Twenty Four



Update from yesterday. I did end up doing my exercise challenges before I went to bed…getting tougher now, but managed to do them all within 20mins (wouldn’t have got anywhere near doing them at the start)
Squats – 135, Stomach Crunches – 90, Bottom lifts – 95 and Leg lifts – 60
Right, back to today…

Up at 6.50am

Let chickens out, got some items ready for posting (Paul needed to take them with him) and made breakfast.

7.50am – One and a half small rashers of bacon, one boiled egg, four cherry tomatoes and two small mushrooms

1.30pm – Natural yoghurt, six grapes and three strawberries with a tablespoon each of oats and mixed seeds, plus 5 macadamia nuts afterwards.

4.20pm – A handful of mixed nuts and two lychees

8.45pm – Chicken breast with cheddar and parmesan wrapped in parma ham, on a bed of curly kale with some onion, green peppers and cherry tomatoes.
Three strawberries and six grapes for afters

I am going to do my exercise challenges in a bit…
Squats – 140, Crunches – 95, Bottom lifts – Rest day and Leg lifts - 65

Weigh day tomorrow and hopefully I will have a good result.
