Friday 5th - Day Eleven - Second weigh in on new regime



Up at 6.45am
So it was weigh day again today and the result is…I was down 4lbs! I’m really happy that sticking to the new way of eating is paying off, that and feeling better in myself makes any initial thoughts of missing out on those naughty foods all worth while :-)

7.45am - One rasher of bacon, two small boiled eggs, 4 cherry tomatoes and one large mushroom

9.00am – Went to do my cleaning job, three hours of dusting, polishing and hoovering.

12.30pm – Natural yoghurt, mashed banana, one tablespoon each of oats and mixed seeds

5.00pm – A handful of mixed nuts, a small plain chestnut flour cake/scone and a lychee

Washed my car ready for a morning meeting the car club are having tomorrow.

Wow, time got away from me this afternoon/evening so it was rather late before I had finished cooking dinner.
9.15pm – Lambs liver with onions, in onion gravy…with some diced oven baked butternut squash on a bed of curly kale.

Opps, I had forgotten to do my exercises so did them after dinner…not ideal I know but I didn’t want to miss a day.
70 Squats, 40 Crunches and 45 bottom lifts
