Up at 6.50am
7.30am – One rasher of bacon, two boiled eggs, four cherry
tomatoes and one medium mushroom.
Spent some of the morning covering up our strawberries with netting as the ducks have started on them already (and they are still green!) and I don't want them all disappearing. Fresh strawberries, warm from the sunshine...mmmm yummy! I can't wait :-)
1.30pm – Natural yoghurt, banana, some mango and a
sprinkling of mixed seeds.
Potted up lots of tomatoes and peppers this afternoon, which should hopefully be ready to be planted out in the poly tunnel in a week or so...running a bit late with the veggies this year so need to try and catch up.
7.30 – A chestnut flour seed and honey biscuit and a few
nuts.
Did my daily exercise challenges…
Squats (rest day), Stomach Crunches (rest day), Bottom lifts
– 60 and Leg lifts 40
8.30pm – Chopped beetroot (not pickled), cucumber, red
pepper, avocado, chicken breast, hard goat cheese on a bed of curly kale and a
little baked butternut squash, with a squeeze of lemon juice and a sprinkle of
mixed seeds on top.
A slice of pineapple for afters.
