Friday 19th - Day Twenty Five - Fourth Weigh Day



Up at 6.50am

Weigh day again, not as much of a loss this week…but still heading in the right direction, 1lb down. This means I have lost a total of 1 stone and 2lb since starting this new way of eating twenty four days ago. I am feeling good, liking the results I am getting and the fact that I seem to be getting more done these days.

8.00am – One rasher of bacon, one boiled egg, four cherry tomatoes and two mushrooms.

9.00am – Headed off to do my cleaning job. Three hours of dusting, polishing and vacuuming.

2.00pm – Natural Greek yoghurt, with three strawberries chopped up (fresh from the garden) topped with a tablespoon each of mixed seeds and oats.

4.45pm – Handful of mixed nuts

Whilst making dinner I ate some ready salted crisps that Paul had brought home for me, I think this was because I had left making dinner too late in the evening.

8.45pm – Two home made lamb and mint burgers on a bed of curly kale with some oven baked cherry tomatoes, green pepper, onion and mushrooms.
Two strawberries and two lychees for afters.
