Sunday 21st - Day Twenty Seven

Up at 10am after another morning without the alarm set to wake me up (nice to just let my body wake up when it sees fit to sometimes).

11.30am – Natural yoghurt, some strawberries (from the garden) and a tablespoon each of oats and mixed seeds.

2.30pm – A handful of mixed nuts and dried fruit (sultanas, raisins and cranberries).

Went out to plant things in the poly tunnel but had only planted five sweet corn plants when I felt dizzy after going to get up from leaning down and toppled over, luckily not squashing any plants or being seen to fall over by anyone and embarrassing myself. Not sure why I was feeling like this but decided to come in and eat a bit of Toblerone, drink a glass of water and go have a lie down. It seemed to do the trick and I felt better after a little nap. Perhaps I have been dieting too hard, perhaps it was too warm in the poly tunnel…or perhaps I have just been rushing around too much in the past few weeks and needed a little rest. Either way I decided to just chill for the rest of the day.

5.30pm – Ate the rest of the (small) Toblerone bar and shared half a medium bag of ready salted crisps (just potato, salt and oil as the ingredients).

Caught up with some telly, then had a nice soak in the bath.

9.15pm – A bit late for tea really but didn’t want to skip food.
Half a tin of Heinz tomato and basil soup, and two small chestnut flour cheese scones with some home made chicken pate on.
A gluten free homemade cupcake and a lychee for afters.

Not done my exercise challenges for a couple of days, but will get back on track tomorrow.
