Wednesday 24th – Day Thirty



Up at 7.00am

8.00am – One rasher of bacon, one boiled egg, two cherry tomatoes and two small mushrooms.

1.00pm – Natural yoghurt, kiwi fruit (one, chopped), some raspberries and a couple of strawberries topped with some oats and mixed seeds.

3.40pm – Handful of mixed nuts

4.30pm – Some pork scratchings and a Satsuma.

8.15pm – One oven baked chicken breast on a bed of curly kale with some cherry tomatoes, onions and red pepper on the side.
A Sharon fruit for afters.

I am going to do my exercise challenges now whilst watching the film Noah
Squats - 150, Crunches - 100, Bottom lifts - 105 and Leg lifts - Rest Day
