Sunday 28th - Day Thirty Four



Update on yesterday…after writing the blog I faced something else to eat so had a toasted cheese and chutney sandwich (gluten free bread).

Up at 10.30am (opps, forgot to set the alarm and ended up having a long lie in!).

2.30pm – Roast chicken breast, some oven baked butternut squash and two small baked new potatoes with some home made coleslaw on the side.

5.00pm – Half a bag of ready salted lattice crisps and half of my remaining Toblerone (Paul had the other half).

9pm – Some home made chicken liver pate on gluten free toast with a few grapes and strawberries on the side.
