Monday 29th - Day Thirty Five



Update from yesterday night, I had a hot chocolate made with grated milk chocolate and full fat milk

Up at 7.00am

7.50am – One rasher of bacon, one boiled egg, three cherry tomatoes and two mushrooms

2.45pm – Natural yoghurt, three strawberries, a few grapes topped with a tablespoon each of oats and mixed seeds.

4.45 – Handful of mixed nuts

8.00pm – Cold roast chicken breast (from roast yesterday) cubed with a sprinkle of seasoning on a bed of curly kale cooked with onions and some mixed seeds with a sprinkle of parmesan on top.
With a small (quarter mug) of hot chocolate made with what full fat milk I had left from yesterday and some grated milk chocolate.

Darn, managed to forget to do my exercises again…can’t believe I am being so bad at keeping up with them. Hopefully I will manage to do them tomorrow (as it is just gone 11.30pm now and I need to go to bed).
