Up at 7.00am
Weigh day again and this week I have lost a further 1½lbs,
meaning the total lost to date since starting this new way of eating is now 1
stone and 3½ lbs.
8.00am – One rasher of bacon, one boiled egg, three cherry
tomatoes and two small mushrooms.
Headed off to the Yorkshire Animal park with my friend Ann,
as her birthday treat (she loves tigers and the park has three young cubs).
2.00pm – Handful of nuts and a Satsuma
Didn’t do any scheduled exercises today but did do lots of
walking round the park between 11am and 4.15pm.
Dinner at the pub with Ann
5.00pm – Starter – Beer battered mushrooms with Stilton mayonnaise
Main – Bacon and brie melt
with a little salad and chips (only ate half of the bottom part of the bread
bun…and only then because the brie had melted into that bit).
Pudding – Mini Eton Mess with blackcurrants, strawberries,
blackcurrant meringue, whipped cream and Greek yoghurt.
8.15pm – Succumbed to half of one of my small Toblerone bars…naughty,
but nice.
Not the best day with food today, strayed from the healthy
eating path a bit…but will get back on track again tomorrow and add the
exercise back into the mix again.
