Tuesday 9th – Day Fifteen



Up at 6.50am

Cooked breakfast for Paul and made his sandwiches, then did my exercise challenges for the day…
Squats – 100 (split into two sessions), Stomach Crunches 60, Bottom lifts 65

8.45am – One rasher of bacon, two boiled eggs, 4 cherry tomatoes

12.30pm – Natural yoghurt, ¼ mango, one small banana and a tablespoon each of mixed seeds and oats

5.15pm – One chestnut flour seed and honey biscuit and a small handful of mixed nuts

7.45pm – Coconut chicken curry (using left over chicken from the roast on Sunday) on a bed of curly kale with some cubed avocado on top and a sprinkle of mixed seeds.
A slice of pineapple for afters.
