Up at 6.45am (A bit of a shock after late starts the past
few days, I might have to think about just getting up around the same time
everyday and give up my lie ins…maybe)
8.15am – One rasher of bacon, one boiled egg, four cherry
tomatoes and two small mushrooms
2.00pm – Natural yoghurt, some mango chunks, three
strawberries with some oats and mixed seeds on top.
4.15pm – Handful of mixed nuts
6.30pm – Two half cupcakes (no icing) I was baking for the
car show committee meeting tomorrow and wanted to see if they tasted ok…plus I
admit I just wanted them. I will have to see if this slip up effects my resolve
to stay on track.
7.45pm – Tuna, onion and mayonnaise on a bed of curly kale,
with a small block of mature cheddar cheese.
Did my exercise challenges (running a few days behind with
these now, and you can tell as it seems a fair bit harder for having had a few
days off). Luckily it was a light day…Squats – Rest Day, Crunches – Rest Day,
Bottom lifts – 100, Leg Lifts - 70
