Saturday 13th - Day Nineteen



Up at 9.20am (lie in and waking up without the alarm as it is the weekend)

10.30am - Handful of nuts and a small apple

Went to get some chicken food and chatted to my friends there for a while.

1.30pm – Gammon steak and fried egg with grilled mushrooms, tomato and salad on the side.

Spent the afternoon decorating a birthday cake for Harry (Paul’s nephew) to take to nursery on Monday because Marcia asked me to (she baked it in the morning), then decorated some small cupcakes for his party tomorrow. I did have a little bit of cake with some jam and butter cream on.

Made a pizza base with coconut flour which turned out all right (though I put in a little too much flour as it look too liquid, but I should have waited for a little while as it absorbs water really well).

9.30pm – Half a pizza (base as above) with tomato purée, mozzarella, onions, peppers, pineapple, tomatoes, Parma ham and mushrooms.
A hot chocolate made with full fat organic milk, some melted chocolate and a dash of cream.
