Thursday 4th - Day Ten



(Update on yesterday’s blog – I forgot to put on my exercise yesterday, so I have added it on this morning…just in case you thought I hadn’t bothered :-P )

Up at 6.45am (still a late night but managed to get out of bed straight away when the alarm went off this time)

7.40am – One rasher of bacon, two small boiled eggs, 4 cherry tomatoes and one large mushroom

Spent the morning sorting out some car show stuff, answering messages and such.
Took the dog for a walk, collected the eggs etc. I can’t believe how fast the time has gone…and I still have baking to do. First though some food!

2.30pm – Natural yoghurt, a chopped banana, unsweetened stewed rhubarb with a table spoon each of oats and mixed seeds on top (might have to add some honey next time or cook it into the rhubarb…boy that stuff is sharp!)

4.15pm – Feeling hungry again so had a handful of mixed nuts

Spent the afternoon baking and not a crumb of cake passed my lips even though there were quite a few off cuts, I did however eat half a glace cherry.

8.00pm – Tuna with mayonnaise, onion and grated cheese on a bed of curly kale.

Exercise today was 40 bottom lifts and 25 leg raises.

Weigh day tomorrow and I am hoping that pretty much sticking to the new way of eating will have paid off.
