Thursday 11th - Day Seventeen

Up at 7.00am (had an extra few minutes this morning as Paul didn’t need lunch made and he was having cereal for breakfast so no cooking needed)
I let chickens out and took the dog round for a walk, then did my exercise challenges for the day. Getting harder now, but I can feel them doing me good!
Squats – 105, Stomach Crunches – 65, Bottom Lifts – 70 and Leg Lifts – 45

9.00am – One rasher of bacon, two boiled eggs, four cherry tomatoes and a medium mushroom.

Folded up a lot of clean washing that has been piling up, but will put it away later as I want to get out and plant some more things in the poly tunnel.
………………………………………………….

Just come in from the poly tunnel as it is now too hot to work in there (could use it as a sauna though…lol might try that if weight loss starts to lag too much) managed to get 14 cucumber plants in the ground, plus a couple of pepper plants (lots more of those to go in next time I am out there). So have come inside to do some other work, but first something to eat I think.

12.55am - Natural yoghurt, a fresh fig, a little mango, half a banana, a few raspberries and a tablespoon each of oats and mixed seeds.

4.30pm – Small packet of mixed nuts, seeds and raisins

7.30pm – Tuna, onion, orange pepper and mayonnaise on a bed of curly kale, with a cubed beetroot and some avocado on the side.
Two lychees for afters.

Had a bit more fruit than usual today, I wonder if that will show in the weigh in results tomorrow? We shall see…
