Up at 6.50am
Let chickens out, made packed lunch for Paul and cooked
breakfast
7.45am – One rasher of bacon, two boiled eggs, four cherry
tomatoes and a medium mushroom.
1.15pm – Natural yoghurt, half a banana, some raspberries
and a tablespoon each of oats and mixed seeds.
Did a good bit of tidying and sorting out, plus dealt with trader enquiries and bookings.
4.15 – Handful of mixed nuts and a few grapes
Planted out lots of melon plants, watered all the trees and other plants and the fruits are coming along nicely.
8.30pm – Two thin homemade pork and apple burgers with some
cubed baked butternut squash on a bed of lightly fried (in olive oil) onions
and curly kale.
Some raspberries and a little single cream.
I have just realised that I haven't done my exercises today, but it is rather late now so I think I will do them tomorrow instead and move the challenge up one day to stay on track. I will make more of an effort to ensure I get them done early tomorrow though.
